At Clovere Cosmetics our goal is to keep all of our clients happy and never leave them waiting. We DO NOT double book or over schedule. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you please notify us 24 hours in advance as a courtesy to your lash technician and staff member. Also, this is in place to give us an opportunity to accommodate the needs of other clients. If you have an appointment at Clovere Cosmetics, this time is reserved exclusively for you. We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. The 24 hours notice of cancellation is necessary and appreciated for all Clovere Cosmetics members and clients.
A cancellation fee of $20+ will be added to All No Call/No Show clients, Clients that are too late for their appointment to be serviced, and clients that cancel with less than 24hrs until their scheduled appointment. (With no exceptions).
